Donnie is absolutely one of the most pleasurable and honest businessman I have come across in a long time. I ask for an estimate of my home, which is all windows and doors in the back. Donnie asked me a few questions, evaluated and told me I would be wasting my money adding tint if I had no solar penetration. Who does that now a days…no one! Had the pleasure of hiring Light and Bright Window Tinting for a very special tinting job on my front door windows. I was extremely very particular with what I was looking for when I had my conversation with the owner Donnie. We spoke for over 30 minutes on the telephone yesterday and showed me a few different things thru FaceTime and I was impressed with his professionalism over the phone. So much that I hired him and what was even more impressive is that he did the job the next morning. Donnie was on time, professional, courteous, even check my temperate, blood oxygen level and asked the proper questions to not only protect himself but also protect myself. Donnie was also wearing a mask when he arrived. When the job was complete, my windows looked amazing is all I can say. I Would highly recommend Donnie for all of your home window tinting needs.

I had some Florida windows tinted by Donnie. He was patient in showing me the various samples and their opacity. After hearing my choices, I deferred to his expertise and was very pleased that I did so. He personally installed the tint on my very large windows and did an excellent job. I am so pleased with the end product and very pleased with the clean up and customer service. The lifetime warranty was a plus too. I was really happy with Donnie’s work. He was able to quote me over e-mail based on some measurements I took and then worked with me on price once he was at my home…an example of working with me – I went with a more expensive film in the living room but really didn’t need it in the kids room or my bedroom, so he didn’t over-sell me. Don is one of the most honest people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife and have had to deal with a lot of companies since buying our home. He showed up before the agreed upon time and really examined everything going on. In the end he told us NOT to do anything with re-tinting a job done by a previous owner AND offered other suggestions to reduce heat through the windows and save money. What business owner does that?!? My wife and I are still in disbelief but are happy that there are still honest people in business out there who put the customers first. We will definitely be calling Don in the future and recommending him to everyone we know!

Donnie was extremely helpful in pointing out what I needed to ask for when shopping for residential window tinting. He gave me some tips and things to look for when window tinting. Although I did not have work done because I was out of the area, I’m sure Donnie’s professionalism and knowledge will shine through on any job you need him to perform.

Light and Bright installed my tinting about 11 years ago and I had to call them back due to flaking on most of the windows in the house. Donnie contacted the manufacturer and came out to replace all the windows. Most of my house is siding glass doors so you can imagine that is a lot of tinting. Don & Nelson from Light and Bright Window Tinting came to my office today to tint our glass office doors. They called when they were on their way as a courtesy, which I appreciated. When they got here, they presented me with different tint options, and got to work right away when I chose the tint I liked. As they were working, they called me over to explain what they were doing, meticulously going over every detail making sure it was perfect. Once they were finished, they checked their work, calling me over again to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. All I can say, Donnie is fantastic. He is meticulous and skilled in his craft. He is personable and cares that his clients get the best deal. His price is reasonable, probably lower than it should be for the quality of work that he gives. He told me what was needed and not needed which most companies would not do. He saved me hundreds of dollars by informing me that certain windows need not to be tinted as the sun is not an issue. My windows look great and saw an immediate difference in the reduction of sunlight in the rooms. I highly recommend Light and Bright Tinting. When we called Light and Bright Tinting, the owner answered and came right over. He showed us what was available and made some suggestions that were right on the money. The films were all life time warranty and American made. The installation went quick and smooth, the glare and heat were reduced greatly.
